I am submitting certain material to you herewith (the "Submitted Material"). You agree that you shall not use the Submitted Material unless you shall first negotiate an agreement with me with respect to the rights of the Submitted Material. In order to induce you to consider the Submitted Material, I expressly agree that your decisions as to whether you, or your successors, assignees, or licensees have used all or any part of the Submitted Material, shall be conclusive and binding upon all persons, firms, and corporations claiming through me. I retain all rights to submit the Submitted Material or any similar materials to persons other than you. I understand that my Submitted Material is to include a one-page synopsis that presents an overview (no teaser) of the entire work. I further understand and agree that you are not responsible for the return of any material submitted (though you will make every reasonable effort to return Submitted Material that is sent to you with SASE), and I acknowledge that I have retained a duplicate copy of such material in my possession.
